Payment. The balance, plus applicable taxes, is invoiced before the course starts. Deposits are non-refundable and deducted from the total course price.

For new technicians building the complete foundation of rope access work.

Revalidation. Re-certifying technicians train and assess at their existing level with any scheduled cohort. Bring your logbook: technicians with missing or incomplete logbooks cannot be assessed.
03 — Course details
What to expect.
Full training days followed by an independent IRATA Assessor or SPRAT Evaluator. Successful candidates leave with a digital record while certification is processed.
IRATA candidates must register on TechConnect before the course; the confirmation pack explains how.
All technical equipment, including helmets, is provided. Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. A manual is supplied on day one, with theory work most evenings.
Candidates must be 18+, have valid photo ID, be physically and mentally fit, and be comfortable working at height. Consult a doctor if unsure.
Courses run in Sarnia, Ontario. Corporate cohorts may be delivered on your site.
Level 2 and 3 candidates submit the last two logbook pages with registration so eligibility can be verified.
